Cost planning and tender documentation
We are able to provide cost plans at concept design, design development, and upon design completion when the pre-tender estimate is produced.
We can also prepare tender documentation (such as Bills of Quantities) and assist with the tender evaluation process.

Cost management
Cost management services include end-to-end management of the variation and valuation processes, including the preparation of all necessary documentation. We also offer a peer review service, whereby we can analyse your project to ensure that variation and valuation claims are done on time and all revenue is recovered at the appropriate time.

Claims services
We specialise in the preparation, management, presentation and settlement of contractual claims, whether they be extensions of time, disruption and/or acceleration claims.

Entitlement (contractual entitlement which the claim relies on)
Cause (a fully substantiated narrative setting out the circumstances)
Effect (time and cost impact)
We are also able to assist with other contractual issues, such as resolving differing interpretations of contract clauses, such as the extent of design responsibility.
